"Changing my flight was easy"
I had to change my flight at the last minute. I thought it was going to be a hassle. It wasn’t. Priceline made it really simple. I got the new time set up quickly. I didn’t have to wait forever either. The email confirmation came fast. Overall, I was really happy with it.

I don’t remember every little detail, but the stuff that stuck with me was good, the room was clean, the bed was really comfortable, and it was nice and quiet. Sure that’s all I needed.

"Pretty easy overall, just a couple little things"
The site’s easy to get around, and the app loads up fast enough for me. The filters are super helpful when I’m trying to narrow stuff down. Only thing is, sometimes the final price details feel kinda tucked away, which is a bit annoying. But yeah, it still does the job fine for booking trips

"Reservation matched with no hassle"
I booked a hotel for a quick trip, and everything on the reservation was right when I got there, the dates, room type, and my name all matched up. Check-in was smooth too, which was nice because I had been in the car most of the afternoon and just wanted to drop my bag and find some coffee. No issues at all.

"The VIP rewards really do help you save"
I’ve booked a few trips through priceline now, the VIP rewards have actually made a difference. I noticed some hotel prices were lower than what I’d seen before, and then you get to checkout and there’s sometimes an extra discount sitting there too.
It’s nothing complicated or overhyped, which I like. You just book like normal and end up saving a little, and that makes me want to keep using it for quick weekend trips...

"Quick, easy hotel booking"
I used Priceline to book a hotel, it went about how you’d hope it would. The filters were easy to use, the price was clear before I checked out, and the confirmation email showed up right away. Nothing weird or confusing happened, which should be the bare minimum, but still nice when it actually works. I’d use it again

"Reliable enough for my trips over the past few months"
I’ve used Priceline a few times over the past few months for a couple of trips, and it’s been solid for me. Each time, my bookings showed up like they were supposed to, and the prices matched what I expected at checkout. I did contact customer support once, and while it wasn’t the fastest response, they did help me get things sorted. Overall, it’s been reliable enough that I’d use it again for future travel.

“Do NOT use them!!! Their service is terrible, mostly when you have a claim. I was charged for toll violations but they were not willing to share the proof of the toll photo. They wouldn't return my voicemails and when they answered I was always put on hold and finally my call ended up on a voicemail”

Want to book a flight from the us to germany, but all those negative reviews take a toll! most reviews were from 2010 to 2012 did their service improve in 2016?

Hi. as a matter of fact yes i do. priceline looks competitive for renting cars 3 or 4 times in australia next month. just wondering what peoples experience with hidden fees, such as drop off fees, were before i book.
