They said because of my service dog they needed my paperwork and a dog cage and wouldn't make that flight. Then they rescheduled for * hr later and that flight was delayed so they got me a ticket for that time, but when I paid for my dog and carrier they had me go to security to board but couldn't be board me without ID (even though the airline verified me as ok security wouldn't. Went back to Alaska and the lady was fed up with everything and said to change ticket for Tommy I would have to call you Priceline. So I am by morning or mid afternoon I'll have a new ID. I need to reschedule for Tommy I still have my ticket in my hand . My kids are waiting for me in Seattle, **s I called them for no show
